Dr Savaliya said that if the taste is raw for you, add a teaspoon of lemon juice. If you consume 100 ml of this tea every day, it will help you with weight loss, reduce bloating, regulate hormonal balance, and build immunity against pollution and seasonal allergies.
You should note that you need to drink this tea every day at least a month prior to your wedding to see results. It does not work like modern medicines.
