You might feel uncomfortable about the cup stuck inside you, but the best way to deal with this situation is to relax. Panic and anxious moves can make it worse for you to extract the product.
It will also help your muscles to relax. Calming down will make it easier to find the cup and eject it. Take deep breaths to calm yourself and start locating the cup with your finger.
Squatting is the befitting position you should be trying to get the menstrual cup out of your vagina. It relieves the pelvic floor muscles, opening the gateway for the product to come out of your vaginal canal.
Once you are relaxed and squatting, try to explore the inside of the vagina. You should be able to locate the stem of the menstrual cup. Gently break its seal and eject it.
If squatting did not help you, don’t fret and try to put pressure like you are pooping or mothers giving birth to their babies. However, in this case, you will be giving birth to a menstrual cup instead.
When you put pressure, the cup will slide down south. Once you feel the product slipping, insert your finger again trying to locate its stem. This should help you get a hold of the product and eject it out safely without damaging the lining of the canal.
