Don't Skip The Breakfast
The rule stands strong for all the weekdays, but Mondays can be tough. With all the meetings lined up and tight schedules to follow, it might not be possible to eat in the office. So, ensure that you have a good amount of breakfast to infuse you with some energy.
Sleep Early
Ensure that you hit the hay early on Sunday nights. Weekends, though give you a chance of letting your hair down, can be hectic. Whatever outing you plan, restrict it to Fridays evenings or Saturdays. Keep Sundays to yourself and sleep early, so that Monday mornings can be easier.
