It is important to get a good night’s sleep, napping during day may help too but make sure you don't sleep right after having your meal.
Fatty and spicy foods, caffeine increase the chance of tri giving the release of stomach acid which can cause discomfort. You should rather switch to bland foods as they keep your tummy at ease.
Select foods that are high in protein, low in fat. Easy to digest & non- greasy/spicy/fatty foods are best for you.
Along with eating right, it is also important to eat in small portions through the day. Rather than just eating 3 large meals through the day, nibble in small portions.

Morning sickness can be managed at home by following the right dietary measures and some other home remedies.
