You are exercising daily, eating a healthy diet and even taking 8 hours nap—that’s amazing! But are you actually healthy? If you think that you are healthy and visit a doctor only when you fall sick or suffering from cold then you’re making a big mistake. We women constantly do multitasking to ensure completion of the task quickly. In doing so, we tend to ignore the most crucial thing- our regular health check-up. Our daily life is such a hustle-bustle that we don’t even think about ourselves, or our health or what we need. As the number of days increases, so does the crossed dates on a calendar, unfortunately, immediate attention is needed.
As time passes by we hear the name of a new disease, so even if you feel fine, you should always visit your doctor for regular checkups. For you, there are some common tests which must be done regularly.

PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome) is a major problem which women are facing today. It is a condition in which multiple small cysts are formed in the ovary. These cysts can cause infertility and irregular periods.
If you're facing problems like hair growth in unwanted areas, weight problems, oily skin, headaches or irregular periods, then you might be suffering from PCOS. Consult your gynecologist and get yourself tested. There's no single test to diagnose PCOS. Doctors rely on blood tests, a physical exam and mostly on a pelvic ultrasound.
