This is the first book in the Twilight series by Stepehenie Myer that follows the story of Isabella Swan who moves to a new town, Forks. She, like any other teenager reeling from the effects of a change, finds it hard to adjust to a new setting, but her circumstances are quite different than any ordinary teenager as the readers would soon find that she has landed herself in the presence of supernatural beings, Vampires. Edward Cullen in particular is the one character that she is the most drawn to given his mysterious personality, from the Cullen family. Give this book a read to start your journey into a seemingly different love story. 

This is the second book in the Twilight series, and needs your attention right after reading the first one. The downside to this love saga is that you do have to follow the order to get the entire picture. Bella and Edward’s relationship is in full bloom, but the challenges of a union between a human and vampire is not devoid of its own set of challenges as the Cullen family and Bella will come to understand in this part of the series. Written in the most refined and entertaining way this book makes sure that you are hooked to the plot until the very end. 

Followed by the second book comes the third installation Eclipse which focuses on a complicated set of relationship between a werewolf, a vampire and Bella, a human. It is a love triangle which may become the cause for an old strife to come alive, the vampires and the werewolves are not friends and have never looked eye to eye with agreement. With Bella’s closeness to Jacob growing, who is a werewolf, Edward does not for obvious reasons find it appealing. The third part in the Twilight series is quite an intriguing plot to engage in, it is well written and would evoke emotions in the readers that would tie their likings to the characters. 

In this book readers would find a married Bella and Edward enjoying the bliss of new marriage life, celebrating their honeymoon at Isle Esme, but things as we know in this Vampire love story always takes a dark turn sooner than later. Bella finds herself to be pregnant with a half vampire and half human child who is a threat to her fragile and mortal human body, the child begins to drain her health leaving her on the brink of death, that is until Edward decides to turn Bella into a vampire just like her by pushing his venom directly into her heart. The child born after this is a hybrid between a human and a vampire named Renesmee who we find as the story progresses is deemed a threat and is reported to the Volturi to be a prophecies child that would bring an end to the Vampire line.

If you have been hooked to this series of Vampire human love saga then fret not cause the Breaking Dawn is not the parting story, there is another book named Midnight Sun to read, which is a kind of retelling of the first book in the installation Twilight, from the perspective of Edward and not Bella which makes this an interesting read, giving readers a peek into the Vampire’s mind when he first laid his eyes on Isabella Swan. This is an equally layered and well written story to indulge in for those who are the ardent fans of the Twilight series of book.
