Ingredient

    To make ‘Loki Ki Sabzi’ you need a chopped bottle gourd, a small bowl of half cooked chickpeas, 2 grated tomatoes and an onion, a table spoon of each Indian spices and 2 tbsp of ginger, and garlic paste.

boil

    Boil half cooked chickpeas along with bottle gourd, tomatoes, turmeric, and salt as per taste in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles.

Tadka (Tempering)

    Meanwhile, prepare the tadka of onion, ginger, garlic, and dry spices in a heated pan.

Pour

    After 2 whistles, turn off the flame. Then, pour the prepared tadka on chickpeas and bottle gourd mix.

Voila 

    After adding tadka, cook it for a few minutes. Serve tasty and healthy ‘Gheeya-Channe Ki Sabzi’ with a chappati or rice.
