Ingredients
150g of makhana, a half cup of cashews, one and a half litres of full-fat milk, a half cup of soaked dates, one-fourth teaspoon of cardamom powder.

Heat The Pan
Take one pan, heat it and add milk in it. Further, in another pan, add ghee. Once hot, add makhana and roast them. Keep them aside.

Roast Nuts & Dry Fruits
In the same pan, add some more ghee and roast nuts and dry fruits. Further, transfer them to a plate and crush or chop lightly.

In the meantime, keep stirring the milk till it turns smooth and creamy. Further, add in the cardamom powder.
