The Noah Wyle-led medical drama returns with even higher tension, jumping forward in time to tackle a gruelling Fourth of July weekend. As the staff of Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Centre faces a massive system failure and deep personal reckonings, Season 2 promises to deliver the same gritty realism that made it a global hit.
The Pitt Season 2 is set to premiere internationally on January 8, 2026. In India, fans can catch the first episode on JioHotstar starting January 9, 2026.
The new season will comprise 15 episodes, released weekly. Following the show's signature format, each episode will track one hour of a high-stakes medical shift, providing a "day-in-the-life" perspective of the healthcare heroes at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Centre (PTMC).
