With the first three episodes of ‘Splitsvilla X16’ out, the audience has already started analsing every look, every conversation, and every result of the tasks. As is the norm with the popular MTV dating reality show, the first week has been sufficient enough to fuel speculations about which contestants will make the perfect pair.
It appears from social media chatter that the audience is very much aware of the early relationships, particularly as the series does not waste any time in proving the characters’ loyalties and emotional instincts. Although nothing has been officially announced, there are few names that have come up repeatedly.

Among the contestants who are presently at the centre of speculations is Gullu, also known as Kushal Tanwar. In the early episodes, it was noticed that his tendency was towards Kairaa, and this might be his major link in the future.
As per some unconfirmed reports doing the rounds, Gullu’s first official coupling on the show may not be with Kairaa after all. Rather, there are rumours that he might first be coupled up with Keona. However, as per the same reports, this coupling might not last long, with Keona reportedly making an early exit.
Further buzz online hints at Asmita Adhikari joining the scene shortly after. According to these reports, Gullu and Asmita might possibly come out as the first perfect pair of ‘Splitsvilla X16’.

The ‘Secret Crush’ challenge in episode 3 increased the stakes as contestants had to reveal their secret crushes. This activity is said to have resulted in jealousy, arguments, and some cracks in emerging pairings.
The Dome Session brought yet another element of unpredictability, with a surprise eviction said to have shaken the balance of power in the villa.

The hosting responsibilities for this season have been taken care of by Sunny Leone and Karan Kundrra, who are acting as the Queen of Hearts and King of Hearts. ‘Mischief Makers’ for this season are Uorfi Javed and Nia Sharma.
