Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo: Dimple Kapadia’s Upcoming Is A Saas Bahu Drama With A Bloody Twist

The teaser of the upcoming Hindi web series Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo starring Dimple Kapadia in the lead is out and the netizens can’t keep calm. As per the internet, the teaser of the series, set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on May 5, is “promising”.

Produced under the banner of Maddock Films, Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo is directed by Homi Adajania and features an ensemble cast that includes Radhika Madan, Angira Dhar and Isha Talwar, among others in pivotal roles.

The makers took to social media to share the teaser on April 12 with the caption, “Chetaavani: Yeh kamajor dil vaalon ke liye nahin hai! Kripaya na dekhein. Kyun? Kyunki… (Warning: this is not for the faint-hearted, do not watch. Because…)”

The teaser of Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo begins with the iconic title song of the popular Hindi television serial Kyun Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi as it takes you through the happy peaceful and normal lives of the powerful women characters. But halfway through the video, the beat of the title song takes a drop in the background and the teaser takes a bloody turn.

The web series is touted to be a new spin on saas-bahu drama that will feature an "unapologetically hardcore" mother-in-law and "steadfast and formidable" younger women.
