Reliance Jio has made some significant changes to its prepaid plans. Previously, many plans came with free access to JioCinema, allowing users to stream movies, sports, and TV shows. However, JioCinema has now merged with Disney+ Hotstar to form JioHotstar. As a result, Jio has removed the free JioCinema subscription from its plans. But fret not, some prepaid plans still offer a free subscription to JioHotstar.
The changes affect Jio's prepaid plans that cost between Rs 249 with 28 days validity and Rs 3599, which comes with 365 days validity. On the bright side, you can still access other popular streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, ZEE5, and SonyLIV with some available plans. Also, Jio is still offering two free services including JioTV and JioCloud.
Plans With JioHotstar
Jio offers two plans for cricket fans. The Rs 195 plan is a data pack that lasts 90 days, includes 15GB of high-speed internet and a subscription to JioHotstar. The Rs 949 plan is a more comprehensive option that lasts 84 days and offers daily data, unlimited voice calls, and 100 daily SMS. Viewers will also get subscriptions to JioHotstar, JioCloud, and JioTV.

Rs 799 Plan:
This plan includes 126GB of data, valid for 84 days, along with:
- Unlimited voice calls

This plan offers a range of entertainment benefits, including subscriptions to popular streaming services like Sony LIV, Zee5, and more, accessible through the JioTV app. You'll get:
- 56GB high-speed data (2GB/day)
- Unlimited voice calls
- 28 days validity
Rs 1299 Plan:
Enjoy a premium experience with this plan, which includes:
- Subscriptions to Netflix, JioTV, and JioCloud
- 84 days validity
- Unlimited voice calls
- 100 SMS per day
- 168GB high-speed data (2GB per day)
Rs 1049 Plan:
Stay entertained with this plan, which includes:
- Subscriptions to Sony LIV, Zee5, JioTV, and JioCloud
- 84 days validity
- Unlimited voice calls
