This South Korean horror mystery drama is based on the webtoon of the same name by Kang. As per Disney+ Hotstar synopsis, “Every night, the light shop brightens up the dark alley and welcomes customers. 3. ‘Amaran’

Set during the 2014 Qazipathri operation in Shopian, Kashmir, ‘Amaran’ tells the inspiring story of Major Mukund Varadarajan's remarkable life and the sacrifice he made. The movie is inspired by the true story of Major Mukund Varadarajan, an officer in the Indian Army's Rajput Regiment. He was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra for his bravery during counterterrorism operations while serving with the 44th Rashtriya Rifles Battalion in Jammu and Kashmir. It is an adaptation of the book series ‘India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes’ by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh starring Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, Rahul Bose, and Bhuvan Arora.
