In this drama, the water god Lord Habaek (Nam Joo-hyuk) travels to Earth without his majesty in search of the holy stones (These Stones & Crystals Will Boost Your Mood) he needs to ascend to the throne of his country. Yoon So-ah is the last member of the family left who is bound to serve him, so he asks her for help. She initially believes he has a mental disorder because she is a psychiatrist, but when other gods intervene, she ends up helping him. While on their search, they both begin to develop feelings for one another, but they eventually learn that So-ah was destined to become The Bride of Habaek.
