Our Beloved Summer is a romantic comedy-drama about two ex-high school lovers Kook Yeon Soo (Kim Da Mi) and Choi Ung (Choi Woo Shik). But things change 10 years later when a documentary they shot in high school goes viral and the two are reunited and brought to the spotlight. The heartwarming plot, loving chemistry, and wonderful OSTs have won people over to this youth drama, which is worth the watch.
2. Parasite
The movie Parasite is directed by Bong Joon Ho and it is a South Korean black comedy thriller in which Woo-shik plays the (lead) role of Ki-woo, the son of a low-income family who acts as a qualified private tutor to secure a job with a wealthy household. The movie showcases how the financial well-being of poor families is dependent on wealthy and wealthy households. Even though the wealthy are nearly completely reliant on the labour of working-class families.
It won the Palme d'Or at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival and four Oscars at the 92nd Academy Awards.

3. Okja
The Okja movie is directed by Bong Joon-ho and is about a science-fantasy action adventure. Tilda Swinton, Steven Yeun, Jake Gyllenhaal, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and Woo-shik are among the impressive cast members of Okja (a massive animal). The narrative centres on Mija (Ann Seo-hyeon), who serves as Okja's caretaker.
When she and her companion are happily living in their South Korean house, one-day Okja is taken and shipped to New York by Mirando Corporation. Mija begins a rescue operation without having any specific plans. The story is full of twists and turns and will surely keep you hooked. In November 2019, theNew YorkTimes named Okja as one of the top 10 most influential films of the decade.

4. Train To Busan
The plot centres on Seok Woo (Gong Yoo) and Su An (Kim Su An), who are travelling to Busan to visit Seok Woo's ex-wife on the occasion of Su An's birthday. While travelling in the high-speed train, they soon discover themselves confined to a terrible virus epidemic. Woo-shik plays the role of a young baseball player Yong-guk, who is travelling to Busan with his other teammates. He and cheerleader Jin-hee (Ahn So-hee) are the only members of the squad to survive as the sickness begins to spread onboard.
The horror-thrilleris worth watching because it makes excellent use of CGI to provide picturesque graphics, incredible acting performances, stunning cinematography, and action-packed sequences. Train to Busan was a huge success in its native South Korea, setting a record for South Korean movies in its first five days of release with $38.8 million earnings.
