According to the SonyLiv website, the narrative centres around Rani Bharti, portrayed by Huma Qureshi, a homemaker and the spouse of Bihar's chief minister, Bheema Bharti (Sohum Shah). Following her husband's resignation from the position, Rani plans to return to her village. However, the plot takes an unexpected twist when Bheema designates her as his successor. Despite initial challenges and a lack of political acumen, Rani gradually comprehends the authority that accompanies the role of a Chief Minister. Determined to retain her position, she strategically utilises her newfound power to navigate the complexities of political life.
