Landman Season 2 Prediction Date

The first chapter of Landman concluded on January 12, 2025, leaving viewers with unanswered questions. Now according to reports, the production of season 2 has officially begun. It was confirmed by the makers on April 2. 2025 (Wednesday). Paramount+ shared the news by posting a photo of Thornton with a season 2 script. The cast is currently shooting in Texas.

Ahead of the renewal, Thronton teased a potential filming schedule during the series promotion in August 2024. While talking to Entertainment Weekly, he said, “I understand that if we’re going to do that, Season 2, that it’s going to be sometime around February, March, somewhere in there.” He further said, “I mean, we’ll see. It just depends on how the chips may fall, you never know in this business. But if we do it, I think [we’re] going to try to do it around that.”

Demi Moore, who plays Cami Miller, also teased about the filming schedule at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2024, according to Deadline report, saying “I’ve already completed the first season and I’m excited for us to start the second which will be at the beginning of next year.”
We can probably expect Landman season 2 to kick in during late 2025 or early 2026.

According to reports, Thornton, Moore, Garcia, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan and Colm Feore are returning for Season 2.

Sam Elliott, on April 29, 2025, was confirmed as a new cast member for Season 2. However, no information is given about his role.
