Ishaan Khatter stars in this gripping military drama based on Captain Balram Singh Mehta's experiences during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan battle. The story follows his journey from childhood goals to his final duty as a member of the National Security Guard's 51 Special Action Group, delivering an emotionally moving tribute to his bravery.
The Tamil film ‘Amaran,’ starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi, has emerged as 2024's cinematic phenomenon, earning almost Rs 320 crore at the box office. Director Rajkumar Periyasamy adapted the story from Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh's book ‘India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes,’ which focuses on Major Mukund Varadarajan, an Ashok Chakra recipient. The film depicts his love with wife Indu Rebecca Varghese before his brave sacrifice in Kashmir.
