‘Bridgerton Season 4’ shifts focus to Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, as he finally steps into the spotlight with his own romantic journey. 

• This season is inspired by Julia Quinn’s novel ‘An Offer from a Gentleman’ and takes inspiration from the classic Cinderella-style romance. “Season 4 turns its focus to bohemian second son Benedict. Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down. That is, until an enthralling woman captures Benedict’s attention at the masquerade ball”, states Netflix Tudum.

• Benedict meets a mysterious woman later revealed as Sophie Baek (played by Yerin Ha) at a masquerade ball. Their instant spark sets up a season filled with romance, intrigue and social challenges.

• Instead of the usual friends-to-lovers story, this season brings a fairy-tale flavour. The mysterious ‘Lady in Silver’ catches Benedict’s eye, and what follows is a search filled with love and hope. 

• Fans will see beloved characters Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), and Ruth Gemmell (Violet Bridgerton). Meanwhile new faces like Sophie Baek, Katie Leung, and Michelle Mao will also be seen in this new season.
