Bison Plot

Directed by Mari Selvaraj, this Tamil film, ‘Bison Kaalamaadan’, will soon be released on Netflix. The story of this sports drama is inspired by the life of former Indian kabaddi player Manathi Ganesan. In this movie, we get to see the inspiring journey of Ganesan, played by Kittan (Dhruv Vikram). The young man, Kittan, hails from a marginalised caste in rural Tamil Nadu. He defies all odds and prejudice to become the kabaddi player ‘Bison’. Kittan also gets to play for his country, India.
