MP Horror: Trainee Army Officers Assaulted, Robbed, And Their Woman Friend Gang-raped In Indore

In a horrible recent incident in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, some attackers looted and assaulted two young Trainee Army officers who were on a picnic with their female friends. The attackers allegedly gang-raped one of their female friends at gunpoint. Here’s everything we know so far.

On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, late in the evening, two young army officers decided to go on a picnic with their friends, however, their joyful evening turned into a story of horror when two attackers set upon their group. Two of them have reportedly been arrested by the police and one of them reportedly had a criminal record too.

The two officers, accompanied by their two female friends, went to a picnic spot near the firing range at Chhoti Jam in the afternoon. The officers are reportedly training at the Mhow Army College near Indore. (Horrifying Reminder Of Humanity's Lowest Points)

Eight people carrying pistols, knives, and sticks surrounded the group. The attackers robbed the group of all their money and belongings and assaulted the officers. Then, they took one of the officers and a woman hostage, as per the reports, and asked the other two people of the group to get ₹10 lakh for ransom. They hurried back to the unit, alerted the police and asked the commanding officer for help. As the police officers and military personnel rushed to the scene, the attackers were alerted by the sirens and approaching vehicles and they fled the spot. The armed men injured the officers and a woman was allegedly gang-raped. They were all taken to the Mhow Civil Hospital. PTI reported that the senior police officer Hitika Vasal said, “A case under (BNS) sections pertaining to loot, dacoity, rape and under the Arms Act has been registered.”
