Ceramic utensils boast a delicate material and are prone to scratches. Thus, it is advisable to use a soft sponge for cleaning and rubbing to prevent scratches. You can also use a soft muslin cloth or cotton cloth for cleaning ceramic utensils.
Unlike other utensils, ceramic utensils boast a layer on them. When scrubbed hard, the layer starts coming out which ultimately destroys the utensils. Thus, it is advisable to scrub the ceramic utensils softly to keep the layer intact.
It’s evident for utensils to develop greasiness but when it comes to ceramic utensils it is advisable to soak it in warm water before washing to get rid of greasiness.
