In her latest interview with iDiva, Prakash said, "I used to be extremely skinny in school. Like people used to call me a hanger. I was extra skinny. So when we used to play on our school’s playground then people used to tell me ‘Keep a ₹5 coin in your pocket or you’ll fly away."
Prakash also discussed how she handles being vulnerable, saying that she calls the people she loves and confesses her struggles and insecurities (The Good, Bad, And Ugly Side Of Beauty Filters) because, in her opinion, acknowledging the problem is the first step toward solving it.

Prakash went on to share an inspiring message for all those who face body shaming and explained that a woman’s body is ever-changing. She also added that being skinny or fat should be normalised in society. “Listen, your body is ever-changing, especially if you are a woman. There are so many changes we go through, changes in our bodies. I used to be extremely skinny in school. Like people used to call me a hanger. Everybody is different and everything about the other person’s body should be normal. The tummy should be normalised, and being skinny (4 Celebrity-Approved Ways To Style Your Skinny Jeans) should be normalised. Hey, everything should be normal, it’s another human for god’s sake," she said.
On the work front, she was last seen on Bigg Boss season 15 and is currently doing a television serial on Colors TV called Naagin 6.
