'What’s There Not To Be Ok About?' Asks Ayushmann Khurrana, Tahira Kashyap's Son On Homosexuality!

Something many adult Indians are unable to accept, an 8-year-old star kid is putting them to shame with a single dialogue in reference to homosexuality ''What’s There Not To Be Ok About?' A proud moment for his mother, this is something not very big but the fact that a child not even 10 yet is okay with, doesn't see anything wrong in it and knows that it is normal, is something some people are you are unable to digest. Before the release of Ayushmann Khurrana's film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Tahira Kashyap shared an anecdote from her personal life on social media.

She wrote, “With the upcoming film the dad is doing, I wanted to be forthcoming with my 8-year-old son. I asked him if he knows what homosexuality means or being gay means. He knew it. I asked him if he was ok with it. He replied...what’s there not be ok about. (Teary-eyed and proud)“

The film is on the story of a family that is struggling to accept the fact that their son is gay. Ayushmann is the male lead in it while actor Jitendra Kumar will be playing the other homosexual character. Releasing on February 21, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is directed by Hitesh Kewalya.

During an interaction with media at a meet-and-greet session with 100 breast cancer patients, Tahira spoke a bit on her recovery from Cancer. She said: “Now, I have my make-up and have done my hair, but when I first came to TATA (hospital), I didn’t arrive like this. Coming here today brought back memories of the time I was here as a patient.

"I was stressed and I didn’t know what was happening. I was here to consult doctors to decide my line of treatment but there isn’t bad taste about it. Everyone goes through some kind of problem in life and in my life this (cancer) was the problem but I want to have a fond memory of it. When it happened, I got much of support and I have come out of it,” she added.

Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan also stars Gajraj Rao, Neena Gupta, Pankhuri Awasthy, Manurishi Chadha, Sunita Rajwar, Maanvi Gagroo and Neeraj Singh.
