Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor sure looked different clad in red and green but it was the trio of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor that stood out. Ranbir was clad in a blue kurta while Neetu wore a red and green and embellished kurta palazzo set, Alia looked pretty as usual in the pink and mint green lehenga. Armaan Jain's wedding reception had many stars in attendance who were dressed in their best. But all our eyes were on this trio... we wonder the craze that will be there on the day they get married!
The wedding of Armaan Jain, Neeti Rishi Kapoor's nephew, son of Reema Kapoor and Manoj Jain brought together all the stars and family under one roof for a series of days from mehendi till the reception. We saw Kareena, Saif, Taimur, Karisma play the perfect baratis and sister to Armaan and a Punjabi wedding is always fun with all that 'shosha' like we say it.
Shahrukh is always clad in safe clothes and that is a black pathani and Gauri was in contrast to Shahrukh, clad in a silver gown from top to bottom.
This couple has been in the news for a long time and their wedding rumours have been doing a lot of rounds in the media. They sure were dressed like mirchis, sizzling together and red and green. Malika sizzled in an Amit Aggarwal number which was a modern twist to saree.
How can we miss the Ambanis and especially Radhika, the new addition who looked beautiful in powder greenish blue saree.
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor dazzled as usual. While Karisma wore white, Kareena looked graceful in a mint green heavily embellished lehenga.
Sanjay Kapoor and family too was dressed in their best with Karan Johar choosing a maroon sherwani in velvet.
Shilpa Shetty wore a pink saree with an interesting necklace that draped on her shoulders as well while Rani Mukherjee looked crisp and pleasant in a green silk saree.
Shloka wore a green lehenga with a choli and kept her hair tied. She ditched the dupatta and stood out for sure.
This trio is what we all were waiting for. Ranbir doesn't seem to be smiling and we wonder why. Neetu Kapoor is all decked up with Alia Bhatt looking pretty in the lehenga with a huge maang tika in terms of accessories.
The trio was unable to attend the wedding as actor Rishi Kapoor was taken to the hospital in Delhi when he suddenly fell ill. In Fact, Alia and Ranbir were also supposed to dance but on Sunday, Rishi Kapoor confirmed to news agency PTI that he was in Delhi hospital. He said: "I have had an infection which am getting treated. Nothing dramatic. Pollution got me, I guess."
The actor was visited by Ranbir Kapoor and his girlfriend and actress Alia Bhatt at the hospital. However, now Rishi is back in Mumbai and even took to Twitter and wrote:"I was running a slight fever and on investigation, doctors found a patch (which could have led to pneumonia)... was detected and is being cured. People seem to have assumed a lot different. I put to rest all those stories and look forward to entertain and love you. I am now in Mumbai."
