• Starting from the outer edge, slowly roll the spiral inward around the center. Keep the bottom edges aligned as you roll. The wavy outer edge will naturally form the ruffled appearance of rose petals.
• Before reaching the end, add a small dot of glue to the final round piece (the centre). Hold it for about 30 seconds until the glue sets.
• Pull the outer layers outward and downward to create a more natural, blooming appearance. Use the wooden stick to curl the edges of individual petals slightly outward.
• Cut small green leaves from paper and attach them to the base of your rose for a finishing touch.

DIY Rose Perfume

You'll need: fresh rose petals (the more fragrant, the better), distilled water, vodka (as a preservative), and dark glass bottles for storage.

• Gather fresh rose petals early in the morning when their oils are most concentrated. Gently wash them and pat dry. Remove any discoloured areas.
• Fill a glass jar halfway with rose petals, then cover them completely with distilled water. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vodka per cup of water used.
• Seal the jar tightly and place it in a sunny window. Shake the jar gently once daily.
• After two weeks, strain the liquid through a fine cloth. To intensify the scent, repeat the process with fresh petals in the same liquid.
• Transfer your perfume to dark glass bottles. Store in a cool, dark place. The fragrance will continue to develop over the next few weeks.

Rose Petal Bath Salts

Combine Epsom salts with dried rose petals, a few drops of rose essential oil, and pink Himalayan salt. Mix thoroughly and store in an airtight jar. This creates a luxurious, aromatic bath experience that can help relieve stress while nourishing your skin with natural minerals.
