Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been invited by 'People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals’ (PETA) India to do a nude photoshoot for the organisation. This follows after Ranveer Singh's recent nude photo shoot for the New York-based Paper Magazine, which generated a lot of buzz.

PETA wants to promote veganism through its campaign. They want to use the tagline ‘All Animals Have the Same Parts – Try Vegan’.

PETA describes vegans as strict vegetarians who do not consume meat, dairy products, eggs, honey, or any product derived from an animal. A vegan diet can (and should) be full of a wide variety of delicious, nutritious foods, including vegetables, grains, nuts, legumes, seeds, and fruits. Vegans also avoid wearing leather, fur, silk, or wool.

FIR Filed Against Singh For Nude Photoshoot

Ranveer Singh's nude photo shoot for Paper magazine garnered a lot of attention and praise after it appeared on social media. But soon after that, an FIR was also filed against the actor under sections 292, 293, and 509, including 67 (A) of the Information Technology act.

The written application was submitted at the Chembur police station by a Mumbai-based lawyer Vedika Chaubey for allegedly hurting the sentiments of women in general and insulting their modesty through his photographs.

On social media, a letter addressed to Ranveer Singh from Sachin Bangera, vice president of celebrities and public relations for PETA India is circulating. In the letter, he requested Ranveer Singh to ditch his pants once again for their vegan campaign.

The actor has reportedly turned vegan for his role in his upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh has several exciting projects lined up. He will soon be seen opposite Alia Bhatt in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. He was last seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
