Both devices come with a dual camera setup on the back and a 20MP selfie camera. However, in terms of primary camera setup, there are significant differences in terms of quality between the two devices:
Poco X8 Pro Max: It comes with a Light Fusion 600 50MP sensor with OIS. It is a better choice for low-light capabilities and dynamic range.
Poco X8 Pro: It comes with a Sony IMX882 50MP sensor with OIS. It is a very good camera for a device in this segment, although slightly lower in terms of image detail when compared to the Poco X8 Pro Max.
Secondary Lens: Both devices come with a secondary 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
