Oppo has now brought its K series in India, and today has launched the Oppo K14x 5G. The K-series is typically for pragmatic smartphones with convenient hardware at a convenient price point (just below the Reno series), and the new K14x stays true to its promise: a large battery, a 120Hz display, and AI cameras without a heavy price tag.

The Oppo K14x starts at ₹14999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage version, while the 6GB + 128GB model is priced at ₹16,999. Compared with the older K13x, the newer K13x was launched at ₹Rs. 11999, so this is quite a jump.
While bookings are already open with a flat ₹1500 off on the day of sale (February 16, 2026), buyers also have the option of choosing bank offers along with a 3-month no-cost EMI offer, which further reduces the starting price to ₹Rs. 13499.
The Oppo K14x comes with a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a claimed peak brightness of 1125 nits. While an HD+ resolution seems less satisfactory, especially considering other devices in this price bracket already feature FHD+ AMOLED displays, the higher refresh rate should still result in a noticeably smoother user experience when you're scrolling and navigating through apps.

Battery is one of the main highlights on the Oppo K14x, and the smartphone is backed by a huge 6500mAh battery with 45W fast charging. In the budget 5G segment, large batteries have become one of the biggest unique selling points, and Oppo likely wants to use this to its advantage.

For the hardware inside the Oppo K14x, you will get a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. While this chipset is good for day-to-day performance on the budget end, it will be hard to achieve high-end gaming performance with the hardware. Simple games and tasks will still be smooth enough to use it daily with ease.
