OnePlus has confirmed a high-octane launch event for its latest mid-range titan. The phone will launch on April 7th 2026, at 7 pm IST.
To maintain its flagship-killer heritage, OnePlus has priced the Nord 6 competitively against the Samsung A-series and the Nothing Phone (3).
8GB RAM + 128GB Storage: Expected at ₹32,999.
12GB RAM + 256GB Storage: Expected at ₹36,999.
16GB RAM + 512GB Storage: Expected at ₹41,999.
The Nord 6 returns to a premium metal-and-glass construction, abandoning the plastic frames of previous generations.
Processor: Powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 4 (4nm), delivering nearly 90% of the performance of last year's flagship chips. It is paired with an upgraded Dual-Cryo velocity cooling system.
Display: A 6.74-inch 1.5K ProXDR AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. It features the new ‘Aqua Touch 2.0,’ allowing the screen to work perfectly even with wet fingers.
Battery & Charging: A 5,500mAh high-density battery with 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging (0-100% in approximately 28 minutes).
Software: Ships with OxygenOS 16 (Android 16), which is famously bloatware-free and includes the new AI Eraser 3.0 and AI Summary tools.

OnePlus has significantly upgraded the sensor hardware this year to compete with specialised camera phones.
Primary Camera: A 50MP Sony LYT-700 sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). It uses ‘All-Pixel Omni-directional PDAF’ for lightning-fast focusing.
Ultra-wide: An upgraded 16MP 112° lens that minimises edge distortion.
Tele-Macro: A dedicated 5MP lens for high-detail close-up shots.
Selfie Camera: A 32MP Sony sensor centred in a tiny punch-hole, now supporting 4K 60fps video recording for vloggers.
