Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s troubled marriage with Aaliya Siddiqui has been out in the public domain for a long time. Since the last decade the couple has gone through every marital ups and downs possible, from legal allegations, and marital affairs finally deciding to stay together for the sake of their children, the couple’s problematic love life never stops making headlines.

Aaliya recently shared a family picture celebrating her and Nawazuddin’s 14th wedding anniversary on her Instagram handle, which led to speculation about their reconciliation. The couple has two children, a daughter Shora and a son Yaani.

“I feel the problems we faced in our relationship were always because of a third person. But now that misunderstanding is out of our lives. Because of our kids, we’ve completely surrendered. There’s no option of being apart in life now because the kids are also growing up,” said Aaliya in an interview with ETimes.

Trouble In Paradise

This is the second time the couple has decided to reconcile after announcing their separation. Back in May 2020, Aaliya’s lawyer sent Nawazzudin a legal notice citing that their marriage has been troubled for some 10-off years. Aaliya even accused the actor of domestic violence, backing out from his parental responsibilities and throwing her and their children out of the home. In 2021, she decided to withdraw the divorce notice and announced her intention of reconciling with the actor.

Back in 2023, Nawazzudin Siddiqui’s estranged wife claimed to have moved from her troubled marriage. Aaliya dropped some cosy pictures with her male friend on a social media platform. Reportedly, Aaliya admitted that she has moved on from her fractured relationship with the ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ and found love again, but declined to name the new man in her life.
