Indian women have once again proven themselves as an all-women crew including contingents from all three services of the Indian army recently completed another round of training as they returned from their rigorous voyage at the Arabian Sea. This voyage is a part of their preparation for the 'Around the World Sailing Competitionโ€™ set to be held in September, as reported by NDTV.

All-Women Crew Pioneer Sailing Expedition

The team completing the four-week training included 12 women officers of the Indian Army, Navy, and Indian Air Force recently.

The Army Adventure Wing and the Army Aqua Nodal Centre of the College of Military Engineering organised the expedition with the aim to hone the crew's skills for the challenging journey ahead. The ADG PI shared a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, with the caption, โ€œThis unique expedition not only exemplifies the spirit of adventure but also underscores the significance of fostering inclusivity & diversity in military endeavours.โ€
