Pakistani Students Recreate Highlights From Ambanis’ Pre-Wedding Bash

Recently, a video has been going viral on social media showing some college students in Pakistan recreating the iconic moments from the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

The students meticulously recreated every moment. From Radhika Merchant’s gracious walk towards the love of her life to Orry gifting his earrings to Rihanna, they presented every aspect beautifully.

What surprised us the most was that the whole walk was executed with a modest budget of just ₹1000. The fun-filled video featured students imitating Anant Ambani, Kareena Kapoor, Radhika Merchant, Diljit Dosanjh, Orry, Rihanna, the three Khans of Bollywood, guests performing Dandiya, and other fun bombs. Orry also commented on the video saying, “Sorry but only the Orry here has served. The walk 10/10, the hair 10/10, Earrings 10/10, mosquito 10/10, selfie angle 10/10, hijacking Rihanna for photo 10/10, gifting the earring 10/10, touching her chest 10/10, attention to detail 100/10. Orry doppelgänger has eaten and left no crumbs, the rest of the characters here are just 3rd rate imposters. I rest my case.”

The same page that shared the video on Instagram, @noorifications also shared another video of students imitating iconic Indian songs and moments like ‘O Meri Zohrajabeen,’ ‘Jamal Kudu,’ ‘Om Shanti Om,’ ‘Dabangg,’ ‘KGF,’ and more.

Craze Of Pakistani Music And Dramas In India

The Indian entertainment industry has undeniable traces of Pakistani culture. From Coke Studio’s recreational tunes and Pakistani talent participating in Bollywood to a loyal fanbase of their dramas and TV shows, all of it advocates ‘Entertainment Without Borders.’ Pakistan’s youth also keeps tabs on the fun in India, recreating iconic Bollywood moments, which showcases the cultural crossover.

Meanwhile, Indian fans went gaga over the news of Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan and Sanam Saeed reuniting for Netflix's First-Ever Pak-themed series ‘Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo.’ This is just another evidence of the influence of Pakistani Dramas on their Indian fans.
