The HZ WomenPreneurs Awards 2025 was organised to celebrate women and their entrepreneurial journey across domains. The award show honoured women who are taking business to the next level. The event took place at the prestigious 'Lalit Hotel in Delhi, where leading women from various fields including industry, politics, arts, and society were gathered to make the evening memorable. The event was not only aimed at recognising the contributions of women but also provided a platform to share their stories of courage, hard work, and success. The show was hosted by renowned speaker and poet Priya Malik. Her charming style and professional hosting skills added warmth to the evening and made the event even more special. Priya added life to the event with her warmth and energy.
HZ Award Function
The program began with a remarkable keynote speech delivered by Megha Mamgain, the Managing Editor of Health and Lifestyle at Jagran New Media. Her address focused on how women are leaving their mark in various fields and giving society a new direction. Her encouraging words inspired the women present at the event.
The stage was next taken over by Radhika Ghai, CEO of Kindlife who shared about her entrepreneurial journey, experiences, and accomplishments. She talked about how she started her business and took it to great heights. Radhika advised women to have faith in themselves and their capabilities.
Panel Discussion- A Conversation On Revenue With Women
The second segment of the event began with a panel discussion that focused on women’s revenue and their professional experiences. Several prominent personalities including Shaily Malhotra, CEO and Founder of Fixderma, Wendy Mehra, Director of Study by Janak, Shruti Kapoor, Program Specialist at UNICEF Yuva, Blossom Kochhar, Chairperson of Blossom Kochhar Group of Companies, and Dr Komal Jain, Founder of So Fresh India participated in the panel which was moderated by Srishti Malik, the Partnership Head of Womenovator.

The other panel discussion was focused on Next Generation Trendsetters. This panel included Akriti Rawal, Founder of House of Chikanari, Soumya Mishra, Founder of Avatar Skincare, Anshita Mehrotra, Founder of Fix My Curls, Kriti Tula, Creative Director of Doodleage, and Ananya Kapoor, Founder of Type Beauty. In this discussion, these women shared their insights on their respective businesses and the latest trends in their industries.

Shalini Passi- Art Collector And Philanthropist
