Kavan Antani is the co-founder of IndieFolio, a talent marketplace based in Mumbai that connects creative professionals with on-demand opportunities. As per Forbes, “It was founded in 2014, the platform connects designers, animators, content creators, and video producers with clients looking for talent.” 

2. Ananya Rao 

Ananya Rao is a global creative strategist at the advertising agency Dentsu. Entering her first job straight out of university during the pandemic, she won her first Cannes Lion in her first year, a prestigious award recognizing excellence in advertising. In 2022, she played a key role in helping Dentsu Creative Bangalore become the first Indian agency to be named Agency of the Year at the Cannes Lions event. She firmly believes in continuous learning, modern creativity, and the power of diversity in shaping culture, she helps some of the world’s most influential brands succeed in digital spaces

As per Forbes, “It was founded in 2020, and the company helped brands like Disney+, Clinique, and Estee Lauder produce videos, augmented reality filters, and games for their campaigns.
