SRK Starrer Pathaan: First Motion Poster Of Deepika Padukone Is A Banger

After Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s first look, Deepika Padukone’s first motion poster from the upcoming Hindi film Pathaan was released on Monday. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on January 25, 2023.

Shah Rukh dropped the poster on social media. He wrote, “She doesn’t need a bullet to kill you! Presenting @deepikapadukone in #Pathaan. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. @TheJohnAbraham | #SiddharthAnand | @yrf | #6MonthsToPathaan.”

In the brief 16-second video, Padukone is seen holding a firing gun. The makers captioned it as “She is ready to shoot it up a notch.” The film is being produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films and also features John Abraham.

Exactly a month ago on June 25, on the occasion of Shah Rukh’s 30th year in the industry, the first motion poster of Khan from the upcoming film was released. “30 yrs and not counting cos ur love & smiles have been infinite. Here’s to continuing with #Pathaan. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. @deepikapadukone | @TheJohnAbraham | #SiddharthAnand | @yrf,” he captioned the announcement at the time.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the upcoming film celebrates 30 years of Shah Rukh in the Hindi film industry and is one of the most awaited Bollywood films. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Earlier, in March, ANI had reported that Pathaan is the first film which is shot in Mallorca in Spain, and after completing their schedule in Mallorca, the actors would be headed to Cadiz and Jerez for an action-packed schedule.

The upcoming action thriller film (Pathaan) marks the second venture of director Anand and Padukone. Regarding her role in the film, he said in a statement, “Deepika Padukone is a massive, massive star (I have to say it twice) and her presence in Pathaan makes our film even more exciting and grand. No one has yet seen her look in Pathaan and we are thrilled to present a glimpse of her in our action spectacle. Deepika has a fierce role that will blow everyone’s mind.” He also added that Deepika has a ‘magnetic aura’ in the film.

Padukone also has another Anand’s directorial Fighter starring Hrithik Roshan in the pipeline.
