After Diwali cleaning, shopping and other preparations now is the time to indulge in the last ritual and that is rangoli making. It’s an age-old ritual which marks the triumph of excellence against evil. It is also considered as a welcoming factor for Goddess Lakshmi. Rangoli is made at different places in the home depending on the choice. Most people prefer to make rangoli at the entrance. However, corner rangolis is also trending these days. From colours to flowers, people use a variety of elements to make rangoli. If you are planning to decorate the corners of your house with flower rangoli then here are some of the easy designs that you can take inspiration from.
Quarter Rangoli Design
Quarter Rangoli Design is simple to make with flowers. You can sketch out the quarter circle and add flowers in layers. If you have different types of flowers then you can fill one section with each of them to create a layer. You can also add leaves to add an extra edge to your rangoli. You can place a small Urli bowl in the corner to elevate the space.
Mirror And Flower Rangoli
If you want to create a dazzling rangoli in the corner then you can use mirror elements to decorate your rangoli. You can sketch a quarter circle in the corner and start by filling in colours in the initial sections. Fill the upper sections with flower petals and place Diyas on the top alongside the entire rangoli. You can create a small flower design with mirrors inside and out of the rangoli and place tea lights to complete the decor.
Half Circle Rangoli
Rather than sticking with the usual quarter design, you can opt for this easy half-circle rangoli design. Place a medium-sized Urli bowl at the corner and then sketch your half-circle rangoli covering the entire bowl. Fill the rangoli (significance of rangoli) with flowers and petals and place leaves in between to complete the design.
