Veteran actress Dimple Kapadia has now signed a film with a director to reckon with and he is none other than Christopher Nolan, the man behind "Inception", "The Prestige", "Batman Begins" and more. Bollywood was always great and will remain so until eternity but taking us to foreign shores on whatever level is an achievement for anyone! It means we are out there and Dimple Kapadia is another proof!
Well, ladies, the "Saagar Kinaare" actress has landed a role in Christopher Nolan’s next film titled Tenet and we can't keep calm! No matter how big or small the role, I am already rooting for her scenes! The film will be an action-espionage drama. The news was announced by its makers. The project will also have Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh, John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki and Robert Pattinson, Clemence Poesy and Michael Caine. However, there is no official confirmation yet from Dimple Kapadia regarding the same.
But the tinsel town is already abuzz with the news with several congratulating her and hailing the project as working with Christopher Nolan, is no joke! Anil Kapoor called it ‘phenomenal’, while producer Guneet Monga said she was "so so proud".

Tenet is not Dimple's first English Language film. She has earlier worked in the American production Leela (2002). Talking about Tenet, the project is Nolan’s follow-up to his Oscar-nominated film "Dunkirk" that won him the best director Oscar nomination. Tenet will be filmed across seven countries.
This film is scheduled to release on July 17 next year. Bollywood actress Kapadia was launched by late renowned filmmaker Raj Kapoor at the age of 16 in "Bobby" (1973). She received acclaim for her performances in films like "Rudaali" which even got her a National Film Award for Best Actress, "Krantiveer", "Dil Chahta Hai", "Being Cyrus" and "Finding Fanny". The actor, who married superstar Rajesh Khanna, was last seen in Anees Bazmee’s "Welcome Back" and in the pipeline is the much talked about project "Brahmastra".
