Delhi's Khan Market and South Extension - Part I and Part II and Gurugram's DLF Galleria have made it to the list of the most expensive high streets in India according to a study by Knight Frank, a global real estate consultation company. While some are struggling to understand why didn't the heart of the capital, Connaught Place, didn't make it to the report, others feel the results are just apt basis the buzz of these streets in the country.

As per the study, the national capital's Khan Market has an average rent of ₹1000-1500 per square foot, per month while for South Extension - Part I & II the average rent ranges between ₹250-450. After Delhi Khan Market, Gurugram's DLF Galleria has the highest average rent ranging between ₹800-1200 per sq. ft, per month.
