Bigg Boss 16 Daily Highlights: Archana Writes ‘Bekar’ on Nimrit’s Forehead & Others

Setting the tone for the brand new season of the most-hyped show Bigg Boss 16, the first episode gave us some significant updates including the wake up song of the house. Besides, there have been some clear splits between contestants already and some cold wars brewing on the first episode that streamed on Voot on Sunday, October 2, 2022.

In the first episode, Bigg Boss announced that the long prevalent house rule of playing different songs every morning to wake the contestants up would be here on canceled. There is a new anthem that will act as a morning alarm from now on and the contestants need to memorize it. And, on the failure of which, the contestants will have to face consequences.

Archana Tags Nimrit ‘Bekar’

During the episode, Archana Gautam was assigned a task where a person claiming to be actor Pankaj Tripathi called her and asked her to write ‘bekar’ on the forehead of another housemate who she thinks deserves it. In the last two episodes of the show, Gautam had already landed herself in a verbal spat with the Chhoti Sardarni actor Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia regarding the assigned house duties such as kitchen and cleaning. Hence, the former went up to her to give her the tag which the latter allowed but mentioned that she was disappointed.

Bigg Boss Calls Tina and Sreejita To The Confession Room

While a video played during the grand premiere episode of Bigg Boss hinted at a rivalry between the decade-long friends and television actors Tina Dutta and Sreejita De, there was no such moment during the first episode. In this episode, Bigg Boss called the duo to clear if they are friends or enemies. To which, they mentioned that they are friends, however, this will be continued in the next episode.

Abdu Rozik Is Everyone’s Favourite

Be it the netizens or the contestants in the house, the Tajik singer Abdu Rozik has been tagged the ‘cutest’. From his broken Hindi and English to his high positive energy, his dance moves, and Bollywood songs in his voice, neither the housemates nor the netizens can stop gushing over his cuteness. In the episode, one of the most entertaining highlights was Rozik’s happy dance after he received his mike, and then Bigg Boss assigned filmmaker Sajid Khan as his official translator as well.

Gautam Vig vs MC Stan

Another verbal spat apart from Archana and Ahluwalia’s broke out between Gautam Vij and MC Stan over kitchen cleaning duties where they attacked each other on their ‘attitudes’. However, with the intervention of Sajid Khan and actor Sumbul Touqeer, the spat got resolved and they apologized to each other.
