She had exceptional acting skills that made her score a second film, Band Baaja Baaraat alongside Ranveer Singh, who was then making a debut.

The actress backed another film with the hero and continued her way to the top. Making alterations to her looks, the actress was spotted with a few facial changes when she made her appearance on Kaffee With Karan S04.

She underwent surgery to get a fuller set of lips and a tighter jawline, which made a significant shift in her facial features, which immediately caught the attention of the public.

In an interview with TOI, Koena said, “After the surgery, my bones started swelling up. Even the doctors gave up and said that only medicine and prayers will work.” She further stated, “I sat at home initially. But I couldn’t take it anymore and started going out with that face of mine. It was a brave decision, especially for someone in the limelight.” One wrong nose job, and her whole career bit the dust!
