The movie is based on the biggest evacuation in the history of the world which was conducted by an Indian Businessman. Akshay essayed the role of Ranjit Katyal who leads the charge to evacuate more than 1 lakh Indians from Kuwait.The movie's song Tu Bhoola Jise is one of the most loved patriotic songs and will give you goosebumps.
Deewaar: Let's Bring Our Heroes Back
Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna and Kay Kay Menon in the pivotal role, this movie is based on Indian army officers imprisoned on the other side of LOC.
Kesari
Based on the battle of Saragarhi, this movie boasts of compelling performances from its cast including Parineeti Chopra, Akshay Kumar. In the film, Akshay played the role of the military commander, Havildar Ishar Singh who fought against thousands of Afghani invaders.
Lagaan
Ashutosh Gowariker’s Lagaan was full of drama, romance and of course cricket. The film, starring Aamir Khan and Gracy Singh in the lead, revolved around the villagers who were oppressed due to high taxes levied by their rulers and how they defeated them in a cricket match to win their village. This film was one of the top five films at the Oscars in the Foreign Language category.

Chak De India
The film was about the state of women hockey players in India. It shows the journey of how an ex-hockey player (Shah Rukh Khan) brings the players together and makes them win the World Championship.
