If you ask me about my wildest dream, I would say a good night’s sleep and then a long buffet breakfast at a luxe hotel. Who won’t like that? If I am being honest, I am only planning vacays to get to relish a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. However, little did I know that I don’t need to spend a whopping amount of money on my trips to enjoy a breakfast buffet.
When I first heard of Pavilion 75 at Welcome Hotel Dwarka, Delhi offering an elaborative breakfast spread at a pricing of ₹599+ taxes per person over weekends, I wondered if this was for real. You get to enjoy delicious breakfast at a luxurious property in the national capital on a budget, well, I just couldn’t wait.

You step into the restaurant in this fancy property and the luxe vibe is in the air. Spacious and warm, there is something about this place. The staff is so affable, further adding to your overall experience. Let me also tell you that it is rare for a luxury property to offer a breakfast buffet to non-residents. This way, you also get to explore the hotel.
From refreshing juices to freshly baked South Indian treats to delicious bakes, honestly, the spread will make your day. I began my meal with some freshly cut fruits and then had a bowl of muesli, topped with some chopped nuts and healthy seeds, such a refreshing start to my day. I then had a walk around the counters to figure out what to eat next and honestly, it was a tough pick. I went for some brekkie snacks, aloo bonda, idli with some tomato chutney, and savoury tart.

For drinks, I headed to the juice counter and got myself a glass of pineapple and mint, just what I needed to freshen up my palate a little. For the main course, I took the South Indian route, my all-time favourite, light on the tummy, yet filling. I requested a masala dosa at the live counter and enjoyed it with flavourful sambar and chutney. There were multiple other options to choose from - aloo poori, parathas, eggs, chole kulcha, and pav bhaji to name a few.
The best was yet to come. It was time for dessert. Again, I was spoilt for choice. Pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, Danish, protein bars, the options were just too many. I went for blueberry pancakes and waffles. There was still room for some more dessert and I next tried the jam-filled doughnut, soft and loaded with jam, such a treat!

Though I ain't a chai lover, the chai thela at the venue tempted me to have a cutting chai at the end. Packed with a strong flavour of chai masala, cardamom, and ginger, this was the chai of my dreams. (Affordable breakfast places)
Overall, this one is a deal you can’t miss! It is interesting to see that the hotel is offering the spread over weekends when most of us will be able to take out time for a treat like this. No? For the ultimate royal breakfast, head to Pavilion 75, and don’t forget to share your experience with us.
