This delicious omelette recipe is perfect for a healthy start of the day.
Wash spinach, chop it and keep aside.
Next take paneer and cut into small cubes. Chop onions, tomatoes and chillies.
In a bowl, add all these ingredients, sprinkle salt, kasurti methi, black pepper, mixed herbs and also add add some oil. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now break eggs into the vegetables and mix again.
Take a non-stick pan and add butter/oil/ghee.
Pour the egg mixture on the pan and cook. Cover with a lid and let it cook well.
Flip the side and cook the other side as well. Cut diagonally and serve.
