Curry Leaves Chutney
Curry leaves are a popularly used ingredient in all South Indian cuisines. Curry leaves Chutney is thus among the classic chutneys. This chutney is made using tangy tamarind, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies, onions, garlic and powdered sugar. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Garlic Chutney

Blend all the ingredients to form a smooth paste and then cook the paste in the pan for 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame.
Onion Chutney
Among all other chutneys onion chutney is most quickest and simplest chutney (rava kesari recipe) that uses garlic, onion vinegar and chilli as ingredients. Blend all the ingredients in a jar and serve.
