Ingredients

  • 1 Cup washed and drained sabudana
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ¾ cup boiled and peeled potato pieces 
  • ⅓ cup roasted peanuts (powdered)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • Salt to taste

 Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

  1. Start with combining the sabudana and ¾ cup water in a bowl, and keep aside to soak for 2 hours. 
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add potatoes, sabudana, salt, peanuts, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. 
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
