Falafel burgers are super lip smacking and healthy and they can be easily prepared at home with simple ingredients like chickpeas, garlic, parsley etc.
Drain the chickpeas and then dry them using a kitchen tissue.
Then transfer it to the food processor along with the onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, chili powder, flour and salt to taste.
Blend this well and then shape 2 -3 patties out of it, using your hands.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the patties in it for around 3 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Now take a pita bread, slice it into two halves and add the fried patties, tomato salsa and salad to it, and serve with tomato ketchup.
