- Start by cooking the white peas in a pressure cooker with water, turmeric, chili powder, and salt and wait for 4 whistles. Then take out the peas and mash them and keep aside.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add think poha turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix it all nicely and shape the pattice.
- Shallow fry these in a pan until they turn brown and crispy.
- Then keep the ragada on the plate and add the pattice.
- Layer the pattice with more ragada and pour green chutney with tamarind chutney.
- Finally on top of this, sprinkle the chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and finally add the salt and garnish with tomatoes, sec coriander leaves
- And serve hot!
