The easy to make ramen noodle soup is the comfort food we all need during the winter season!
Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan over medium flame. Add the ramen noodles in the boiling water.
When the noodles are boiled, strain the excess water and let it sit aside.
For soup, saute chopped garlic in a pan.
Chop all the vegetables of your choice and stir fry it along with the sauteed garlic.
Add 4 cups of water and bring the soup to a rolling boil.
Add 2 -3 teaspoons of soy sauce.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and finally add the noodles.
Stir it well and let the noodles simmer along with the soup for a good 5 to 6 minutes.
Add one teaspoon of vinegar and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve the piping hot ramen noodle soup in soup in a bowl.
