Who doesn’t love a hot bowl of soup during the winter season? Soups are certainly the most comforting food during winters. When the combination of noodles and soup comes together, it makes delicious Japanese ramen. Traditionally, the Japanese ramen noodles soup is made with sesame oil and usually served in meat or fish-based broth. Well, that sounds pretty complicated right? We bring to you the easiest ramen noodles soup recipe which is finger-licking good and can be made within minutes in a few easy steps.
How To Make?
- Let 3 cups of water boil in a saucepan.
- Leave it for a good 3 minutes to boil.
- While the water is boiling, you can add half teaspoon salt.
- As the water comes to a boil, add ramen noodles to the boiling water.
- Take a fork or a spoon and use it to completely immerse the noodles into the boiling water.
- Let the noodles cook on a medium to high flame.
- Take the noodle out of the saucepan, when the noodles are boiled. The ideally boiled ramen noodles will have a slight bite to it.
- Drain the excess water through a sieve and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop any further boiling of the noodles.
- Cover the noodles and set it aside.
- Chop all the vegetables of your choice including carrot, peas, corns, french beans, capcicum etc. Chop garlic and onions as well.
- Now heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped previously chopped garlic, saute it for a while.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the sauteed garlic, one by one.
- Stir fry the vegetables well for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of water. You can even use vegetable stock to add more flavour to your noodle soup.
- Keep the pan on a medium flame and let the soup mixture come to a boil.
- Add 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce to the soup.
- Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Now, it’s time to add the noodles to the soup.
- After adding the noodles to your soup, lower the flame from a medium to simmer.
- Add half or one teaspoon of vinegar. Mix the ingredients well and switch the flame off.
- Garnish the noodles with some freshly chopped spring onions.
