Ingredients

  • 190 ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tsps tea powder
  • 4 cloves
  • 100 grams chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • 8 roughly crushed cardamom
  • 130 grams all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 100 grams butter
  • 20 grams castor sugar
  • 210 grams condensed milk

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Combining the tea powder, milk, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Strain it and cool.

  • Step 2 :

    In a bowl, mix in baking powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda and roasted hazelnuts and then set aside.

  • Step 3 :

    Now take another bowl and beat the butter and sugar in it till it becomes fluffy.

  • Step 4 :

    Next add in some condensed milk and tea and beat it well.

  • Step 5 :

    Add the flour mixture to the batter and fold well, make sure there are no lumps.

  • Step 6 :

    Pour the batter into a 7-inch baking pan.

  • Step 7 :

    Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 mins.

  • Step 8 :

    Let it cool once done and then serve.
